Baker & McKenzie, one of the leading global law firms, is now looking for one Corporate Lawyer to join the Corporate Group in its Shanghai Office, to undertake work for clients in mergers and acquisitions and general corporate matters.
The ideal candidate should have at least two years’ solid experience in M&A private equity and/or other corporate transactions, with L.L.M. or J.D. degree, preferably with good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
